      Good afternoon Olivier,
      We are back from our trip to Paris and would like to let you know

      how great it was.  

      We had a wonderful sejour, everything was amazing and your apartment

      proved to be an ideal accommodation. The location, size, configuration, the

      boulangerie across the street, the proximity to Champs Elysees and l'Arc de

      Triomph, everything came together and helped to make us feel at home.
      We have been left with beautiful memories of a memorable vacation. We

      would have liked to meet you, maybe next time when we are in Paris.

     I rented this appartment for one week in March 2007 for myself and my daughter, and

     we were very pleased with it. First of all, the location is EXCELLENT, just a five

     minute walk from George V subway station, and just around the corner you

     can see the Lido on the Champs Elysees and the Arc de Triomphe. The

     appartment is very comfy, you have everything you need, and the owner was   

     professional, pleasant, and on time with the reception. The appartment is nice, on

     the second floor (first floor as they say in Europe) of a typical french building  

     with lots of character, and it came equipped with everything you need for a

     comfortable stay (from dishes to a TV set to cooking oil), and the neighbours  

     are quiet. It is basically a one bedroom appartment, with a living room /kitchen, a

     bathroom (bathtub, sink and laundry machine), and a separate toilet room (typical in

     Europe). The bed in the bedroom is huge and very comfortable, and the sofa in the

     livingroom/kitchen is also big (2+ persons). Across the street there is a patisserie

     (bakery shop) and within walking distance (3-4 minutes ) there are at least a couple

     of super-marchés and 2 or 3 convenience stores. A few restaurants and take-outs

     also within a few minutes (or even seconds!) walk, at affordable prices. Our stay was

     very pleasant, everything went smoothly and we were very happy with it.

     I really wish this were my appartment. We would recommend this

     appartment to everyone, and again, we were very happy that we chose to

     stay here. It is really GREAT to get to see Champs Elysees and the Arc de

     Triomphe every day. And I forgot, there is an Air France bus station at the Place

     D'Etoile (10-15 mins walk), so you don't have to take a cab to/from the airport!

    Ein sehr schönes Appartment mitten in Paris. Jede wichtige Sehenswürdigkeit

    ist zu erlaufen. Gleich gegenüber der Haustür ist eine gute Bäckerei mit sehr

    leckeren Kuchen und Küchelchen. Das Appartment ist gepflegt und auf schöne  

    französische Art eingerichtet. Der einzige klitzekleine Minuspunkt ist die

    Fensteraussicht auf 2 Hinterhöfe, aber das ist im Grunde genommen nebensächlich.

    Todo correcto, muy agradable, la zona es estupenda, tranquila y bien comunicada, el

    apartamento es muy coqueton, y bien acondicionado, tanto Bruno como la persona

    que nos atendió han sido muy amables y nos han ayudado satisfactoriamente.

    Lo único que podriamos reseñar es que las vistas desde el apartamento al exterior no

    tienen gran interes, pero realmente el piso es muy confortable en todo su contexto.

    Y seguramente volveremos.

   The apartment was located in the 16th arr. and not in the 8th as it says on the

   webside. There was no discount for children eventhough the bedsofa that they shared

   was small to fit two adults. Our contactman spoke very good english and was very

   helpful. The deposit was very much and could not be paid with a credit-card.

                            Landlord : The small Rue Bassano is both 8th and 16th district

                                           so it is the same.

                                           We changed the sofabed and buy our favorite one that we

                                           put in every other apartments. (see pictures and video) 

                                           It is confortable and  large 190x200 cm.
